Study: The Basics

The LORD says “…Every living soul belongs to Me, the father as well as the son—both alike belong to me. The soul who sins is the one who will die.” (Ezekiel 18:4)

The problem is, everyone sins. There is no one who is righteous. Read Romans 3:9-18.

Because God loves mankind, He provided the remedy to man's sin and death problem... the blood of Jesus Christ.

John 3:16-17 says "…For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him."

"If we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another and the blood of Jesus, His Son, purifies us from all sin.” (Read 1 John 1:7)
